  • It has been many years since I've been to the Roasting Company down on Park Road, so I luckily remembered that they had this location when we were looking for something different, and glad that we decided to visit. The new spot is fancy indeed (okay, maybe not white napkin super fancy, but definitely when compared to the old one). It's also nice and open, with a separate bar area, doors that open in nicer weather (though you do have to look over the parking lot), and overall a great space. Once you do get past that questionable parking lot, the staff is amazing - they will even give you tastes of sides if you are leaning one way or the other, and help you make a decision. Or make your decision a little more difficult, perhaps. The star of the show is, of course, the roasted chicken, so make sure you grab some. One word of warning: If you get a wrap, it can be awfully messy, and due to the aforementioned lack of white napkings, you may not want to go in your Sunday best.
