  • Horrible place to do business with. Very dis-organized and you cannot get your order on time, in fact it takes MONTHS to get your order with lots of excuses. Prices are usually miss-quoted. Our first experience we go the product because she had it in the back area and then ordered something else she did not have. Said it has to come from China, then said it got lost and then more excuses. 2 months later we got it. In the mean time we placed an order for something else, same thing...excuses and of course no longer available and then had to pay more to get something similar. The worse was trying to order wedding flower arrangements. it basically ended with this woman who runs the store (which is sadly under staff and in disarray/a mess) saying she has no time for me and not time to make my flowers or order them and no guarantees. We are still waiting for our order from CHINA to arrive going on 3 months and now she is being very short with us and rude and never does she get back to you when she says she will. The prices are a lure to get you into this tangled mess of doing business....watch out. Also be aware that they go by the name of Richview Glasses as well. Same store with 2 names.
