  • I purchased 3 RT tickets to Orlando, Jan 29. My daughter is unable to fly. She will have a unplanned and unforeseen surgery on January 23. I called Frontier, I was advised to submit a refund request including the DR note. The surgeon wrote a letter and said no traveling for 6 weeks. Frontier said they will not refund but will give me a 100.00 voucher to use within 90 days. They will not honor because the letter didnt indicate she cant travel for 90 days. Really? Where is she going to go! She is a kid and I really dont plan on going anywhere until the summer! Not happy with their decision and think it is stupid.
