  • Shopped at this location for the second time a few days ago. I was rudely helped by a fried haired mousey, abrasive woman who stood staring at me for a time before asking if she could help. I explained what I was looking for and she grabbed something out of a box, handed it to me and moved to the next lady. After looking at the product it was not what I had asked for so I waited and asked again. She then led me to another product which also was not what I was looking for. I then was looking to see if there was a finishing blade for Oster Classic for shaving lines into hair and she began to show me plastic attachments, now with an attitude problem because she seemed really uneducated as to the products in the store and their use. She then took a phone call and at the same time proceeded to help me until she must have gotten bored and told the other assistant that she was going to the back. I asked if that lady was the manager and she said yes. I have never met such a classless, unhelpful, arrogant sales person in my life and in future I will travel the 30 minutes out of my way to steer clear from this type of service ever again.
