The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because I couldn't give it 0 stars. I went onto this store and bought two phones. One for me and one for my fiancee. We use these phones for business as we are both Uber drivers. Within the first month and a half I was in the store 10 times because something was wrong. The first time was the day after the purchase (which let me add that it took 5 hours to get the phones activated), because (pardon my French) the dipshit that activated our phones didn't add the data to our phones so they weren't working. I had a brand new S7 that brought me back to the store 8 times.. Finally, the last straw came when my S7 completely died and I had to fight with them just to give me a loner phone which I ended up rejecting anyway (read on). So, they wouldn't give me a new phone, but instead wanted me to wait till it arrived in the mail. This was about the 10th time I was in this store (11 if you count activation) and I was working on 15 hours in this store. I told them I would give everything back to them that we had purchased, but they DID NOT WANT IT BACK. I called the 800 number to the same mumbo jumbo. However, they still want to charge me for faulty equipment. They have even sent me to collections even though THEY NEVER SENT ME A FINAL BILL. They sent me straight to collections. I have already told them that I will pay what I owe when they pay me my lost wages for having to spend 15 hours in their store. If you want my advice, do not go to this store. From this stores parking go to the Litchfield Road exit and turn left. Turn left onto Bell Rd. and then turn right onto West Point Parkway. On your right hand side, you will see AT&T. Go there instead. The store is nicer and the employees actually know what they are doing, unlike the dumbasses at T-Mobile. Avoid this carrier at all costs!
