  • Should be one star considering the price we paid vs the room quality and service that we got, but the location is truly convenient. The rooms were extremely damp with a strong odor of mildew. The air conditioning units, when switched to heat because the room was so damp and cold, made the entire room smell extremely burnt. When on cold air conditioning, there was no way to control the temperature and you'd have to manually turn it on or off since it can't stay at a consistent temp on its own. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights but ended up checking out early because it was the most uncomfortable hotel we have ever stayed in. To the hotel manager, if customers are willing to waste money and check out before the stay is over, there is something very wrong with the room quality. For the price they charge, it's simply not worth it. Stay away!
