  • Satisfied my ice cream cravings! I came here around 1 a.m. on a Saturday night and they were open! So immediately I checked yelp to see whats good and guess what... THEY HAVE A FREE ICE CREAM FOR CHECK IN!! Gladly, the man behind the counter served us. I believe he was the owner. After sampling around a bit, the owner suggested the turkish chocolate and vanilla. He was about to hand me my ice cream until... he took it away, hit a kid on his chest with the cone, and then flipped my ice cream upside down. I see stuff like this on youtube all the time but it was actually happening to me. Finally, he handed me my ice cream and smiled. Haha, love that man. Definitely made my day. He scooped me two large scoops of ice cream on a cake cone. Very rich, and creamy. Delicious and tasteful. I'd recommend it. Service: The people here care a lot about their customers. Price: Well, with check in, it's free but regular price is about $4 a cone? Location: Right outside of Bally's hotel by the Alex and Ani shop
