  • The only reason they got one star is because I could not give them lower. Hands down the worse customer service. They got my order wrong two separate times. The first order it wasn't delivered on the expected day. The second time I went through an online site not knowing that they would use Duffy. Well they messed the order up that time by not delivering the teddy bear that was apart of the order. The worse part is that they are very nonchalant about the mistakes they make. Do not give them your business if at all possible.
