  • The swim instructors are very friendly and patient. My children have made great improvements ! I appreciate that before any classes start the instructors meet with all the children in a group and go over pool safety. After each class I was met by each instructor and given an update on my daughters progress as well as any tips on things they should work on. They ensure safety by having plenty of lifeguards on duty watching the instructors with children in the pool. The classes are small which allows a reasonable amount of time for each child and provides positive group reinforcement of swimming skills. The classes start and end on time and have been very organized. The pool and restrooms are kept clean. My kids have complained that the water can be very cold. However other than that I've had no other complaints. We will be returning !
