Good selection, decent prices, and friendly service.
This is about the best local liquor store one could hope for in a village this size. Their selection of beer and wine are quite good for such a small venue, and the remaining shelves are well-stocked with with a nice variety of spirits.
There are some advantages to being a bit off others' maps. They frequently have hard-to-find B. Nektar meads in the cooler. Likewise, a friend found a couple bottles of a Scotch not currently distributed in North America.
Star sees more variety and rare bottles, and Woodman's has better prices, but that can be said of most any store in the area. What keeps this review from five-stars is the inconsistent knowledge of the staff. Some folks seem to know their wares well; others aren't familiar with local breweries, can't recommend wine pairings, and have never heard of ouzo.
