I raised my review rating since the management provided an avenue for feed back.
++++Breed restrictions++++ (-1Star)
I really don't care for these breed restrictions as I feel the owner is the problem and not the poor dog. Why do we allow this to continue.
Despite ads that say Pet Friendly it really is not if your dog is bigger than a peanut. The unadvertised limit is really 40lbs total for two dogs! These limits raise questions as to the quality of the construction. But just questions as I am not a building expert.
Breed restrictions apply even if you cant find that in most ads for this place. Time to break out the service dog and ESA dog papers. When they don't tell you your ADA rights with a service pet perhaps it is time to speak up. No mention of the fact that a service dog or ESA dog would be allowed. I just smiled. More and more people are turning to ESA dogs as they are shut out of housing. My dog is 9 years old and has 9 years of training to not be aggressive to anyone or anything. I have seen another dog bite him and he just wags his tell and wants to play. He could have been very aggressive just like any other dog but he was not trained that way.

The counter tops are builders grade at most
Rate sheets need to be improved.
Please don't tell me about the clicker for the gate that does not exist yet.
Yes this is the lowest rating I have given because I was upset with the lack of proper disclosure and the questions I have about such low weight amounts.
If you don't mind excluding most pets and builders grade then this might be the place for you. The leasing agent was nice! gave it three stars as it is new and leasing agent was nice-despite my feelings.
