  • I was actually pleased w my service from 0rez prior to receiving a good friends referral to Paul. I decided to get a quote from him just to explore my options. Paul came to my home to give me a quote and what I realized very quickly was this was an entirely different service than what I'd received from Orez. Paul took the time to evaluate my home and educate me on my options. What I realized was that I was wasting hundreds of thousands over the years having my floors cleaned regularly where had i had them properly cleaned and sealed, I would not. Paul did an excellent job and went above and beyond in giving me several different options for maintaining my travertine tile and carpet. You know he's the real deal bc he gave me options that did not involve his service! I don't think I ever even caught the Orez employee's name before he was in and out of my door ... Point being .. If you want a life long relationship w the person who is going to care for the very foundation of your home ... Pick this guy
