  • Called to check on pricing for a Mission Fig tree . . . phone was answered promptly and they knew the size and price instantly ($149.99 for a 15G tree). I then called another local nursery that I have used in the past and was transferred to "trees" and the girl didn't know, put me on hold and never got back on the line, called a second time and got transferred and no one picked up . . . third time and asked for the manager, transferred and never picked up. SO, today I went to Moon on West Charleston. Very friendly and helpful young man name KYLE helped me out with the tree, mulch, seeds, fertilizer and "Moon Juice". Really patient, very helpful and an all-around good experience. I don't know if "the other" nursery had a better price but I don't care . . . service is more important and Kyle delivered. Moon will get all of my future business. Thanks!
