Great place for Monta Ramen and you don't have to hightail it to the Monta on Spring Mountain, if you need a ramen fix.
I normally order the tonkatsu with spring onions for an add on and a side of Kimchi. I've never had a bad bowl of ramen here, it's always great. I'm sure that's the reason it can get crowded. I think the longest I have waited was 15 minutes. I normally go at noon and there are two of us, so we get seated right away. If you can, opt to sit at the bar as there are usually open seats there.
The restaurant is pretty narrow, think NY size, but the seating is worked to where you won't be sitting on top of people. The service is fast so you won't wait long after you order. That comes in handy, especially if you are super hungry. The servers are nice and attentive, no problem there.
