I give 1 star only because I cannot give zero star. There is not much of customer service at all. As we walked in at 5:45pm on a Tuesday (June 7) (no any other customers except us). There are 3 staff members standing chit-chatting right behind the counter with no greeting or anything at all. This is a small store, and we are right in front of them as if we really interrupted their cool coversation.
So I will suggest the owner of this store or the corporate to implement computers and machines to make juices rather than hiring human staff because at least robots and machines can be programmed to provide standard customer service.
The Jamba Juice culture has been changed over the years. When I first became a pretty loyal customer back in California years ago, there was such a positive vibe drawing me to the stores not just because of the products and juices, but the excellent customer service. This company used to hire very energetic and friendly people providing uplifting and welcoming atmosphere. It was a very positive environment, but this particular store is really topping it off with lack of hospitality and courtesy.
