  • My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary, bought the groupon for the Prix Fixe menu. Contrary to other reviews about 35 Steaks, we had no problems using the groupon and don't feel like service was witheld because of the groupon. Location is convenient (right near the elevators to the garage) and the restaurant is easy to find. The ambience is great, lighting is low enough but not so low you can't see your food. Also contrary to some reviews, the service was excellent from the hostess to the servers and everyone in between. WHEN YOU VISIT A RESTAURANT LIKE THIS, SERVICE IS "SLOWER", as they are not trying to rush you out so they can use your table. You're dropping some good money on your steak, they actually want you to have time to enjoy it! The food was great, wonderful flavor with everything. It was a little richer than my stomach is used to, but my boyfriend was fine and I don't think it fair to drop a rating down because I have a sensitive stomach. Bottom line, 35 steaks is great. We would definitely visit again
