I recently went to Sky Zone for the first time and was excited to check it out. I was with my Little (from Big Brother Big Sister) and it was my understanding we received a discount through that program. When we got to the front of the time I asked the about the discount and was told no. I then asked the employee if that was right and she said yes. I then had to ask her to ask a manager which she did but seemed pretty put out by the request.
A manager informed her that we did indeed get the discount but one never came out nor did she apologize. I totally get young employees learning customer service but this was too much. We will not be back.
