We come here every year during our annual Vegas vacation and decided to step it up this year and order bottle service. We had a group of 14 people and so wanted to ensure we had a good place to hang out to celebrate my 30th.
A month before our arrival, I called daily for a week to try and reach someone at the bar to see about making this reservation. Finally after calling in the evening instead, I got a hold of a manager who was very helpful. I learned prices and made the reservation and understood that this manager would be on duty that night. I even got my email confirmation and so we were set.
So we show up this past Friday at 10pm on the dot, just to have the same manager tell us to our faces that he has no idea who we are and that we don't have a reservation. I was furious. We were seated anyways as the VIP area was empty. We got one bottle that was higher priced than I was quoted and had spotty service. We decided after the one bottle to leave as service was junk and our group wasn't having fun. I was then told there would be a two bottle minimum to stay in our seats, which was also never discussed.
While this bar is enjoyable and the band is always good, I was very disappointed with the level of service we received. Apparently reservations mean nothing and $215 for a bottle of vodka is a ridiculous.
