It's good but not the best mexican I have ever had. I was not a fan of the lime-y tasting tortilla chips although they were homemade. The salsas were good but not out of this world. I had the shrimp tacos quesa and they were a very generous portion - I could have easily only eaten half, and they were good but so rich with cheese and sauce. The best part of the dish was the white cheesy rice casserole - it was sinfully divine!!! Their food is overall pretty decent but it's a little pricey for mexican that is just ok. Margarita was good however. The owner is typically around and that was very nice to meet him and to see how much he cares about his customers. He did everything he could to ensure we were happy.
I will go back but perhaps try a different dish. The atmosphere is cute and exactly what you would expect for a nicer mexican restaurant. Entrees were $16-25 a piece though and I thought that was a little pricey for the area and for the food.
