  • Yesterday I had an appointment with dr bellota with my daughter. First of all I was charged $190 dollars when I only should've payed $20 with insurance co-pay. When I talked to a nurse about the wrong payment, she smiled and told me "all I can is 190, or don't see the doctor." I felt so bad next to my daughter, who needed help I just paid. Finally when we actually got into the doctors office with my troubled teenage daughter, the therapist couldn't take anything my daughter said and started to be mean to my daughter and said that she never wants to work with her again. She told my daughter she had an anger issue when I believe that the therapist is the one here with the issues. After this she told me "Lucky for me I have 2 happy teenagers, unlike you" which was extremely unprofessional and rude. I hope no mother with troubled teenagers will go to this place because all they will do is take your money and make you feel unfortunate for having kids.
