  • Not only are the shaved ice and custard treats delicious, the staff is amazing! I usually go on $2 Tuesdays with my friends and our kids. The kids always want to sample a few flavors each, and the staff is so accommodating, patient and friendly. Today, my daughter accidentally threw her retainer in the trash. We didn't realize this until 1 hour after we left. I called Rita's. The server, Cody, was ready to help us when we arrived. He put on plastic gloves and started going through the messy trash cans for us. (I never expected this level of help!) He found her retainer, wrapped in a napkin & stuffed in a cup. Thank you so much Cody!!!
