| - What a joke I thought this place is professional. Nothing like what you see on tv. They have a bunch of male adult children working this place. The women are the only ones who act professional.
I walk in with my friend to see this place and thought I would ask what i would need along the lines of authentication for me to pawn, a unique custom boxing glove i have with 36 signatures from the top attendance of the boxing hall of fame in vegas, hagler, lewis, tyson to give some names. The first male employee responds with a bad attitude u need to go to ASD or some place he snapped at me get authenticated.. I say "if I bring it in can i do it here like the show". Then this employee mike who has no customer service training at all says do we look like ASD they all laugh at me for a minute. First employee says "it cost us 1500 ever time we have to bring that man in here, you wanna pay us 1500 dollars". Wow this is what you get when ask. Then i say, " yes I would pay 1500 to get this authenticated can i get the information to the place". Employee Mike and other employee laugh at me. Mike replies, " your shit wouldn't be worth 1500 you don't look like the guy that could use this information". DISCRIMINATION.
OK now i say wow you guys are being rude and i want customer service number. He give me card of another employee, Manager isn't here, oh manager busy, there is no bosses, there is no customer service. These are the replies you get. You know what if this is the service you get go to another shop. It is not the TV show people. It's like any other pawn shop but with a big ego no control and 0 professionalism. If you have something of value this is not the place you want to take your stuff. Just because it's on TV and gets alot of attention doesn't mean it's worth it. I am sure the founders would be ashamed what it has turned to.
