  • This lady at the front desk lied to us and told me my sister wasn't at the hospital when she had already been there for three minutes. She told us to wait 30 minutes and proceeded to be on her phone while two of the other employees gossiped. I can't believe the unprofessional behavior that was exhibited by these people I am disgusted and I hope this women gets fired for her unprofessionalism.
