Don't waste your money here. The dry cleaning is not good, tailoring is just bad, and the customer service is even worse. I took a BCBG dress here to get dry cleaned and repaired (for a small hole on the back). I specifically asked the lady if it would be noticeable and she said they would do their "best", by which she meant "very little". The hole was totally noticeable from the back; they used black thread on a blue dress, and I frankly could have done a better job at home. I essentially paid to have them run a needle and mismatched thread through the fabric three times--that's how small the hole was. I felt quite ripped off so I asked him to please remove the thread and said I would do it myself. He refused and began arguing with me in the most condescending tone. He said I had to pay for it because they already spent time (i.e. 30 seconds). I told him that I would take my regular business down the street and give him the Yelp review that he deserves. He said okay, so here it is.
