Stayed here in early December. It's a unique place for sure. An older hotel/motel that has been turned into a boutique hotel. There are some great things about the place, and some not-so-great things. The rooms are spacious but they definitely show their age. Popcorn ceilings need to go. Taped up paper signs in the room, don't really scream boutique.
The beds are comfortable though, and the location is amazing. Adjacent to Old Town, it's a fantastic locale. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. I'd love to see the rooms redone to make them more hip and boutique-like. You're on the right track, just need to keep going.
Oh, and I sure wish the coffee bar were open longer. I kept missing it and sometimes wanted a coffee to stay up later to enjoy the town.
