Just received a call from Dr. Freys office. The receptionist informed me that I had an outstanding balance of $290.00. On the day I visited Dr. Frey I told him I had $500 to spend, and asked if that would be enough for him to be able to help me. He said he thought he could help me, so I did the tests he recommended. I wanted to make sure that before I spent all of my money, that I could actually be helped. I was also told that since I had visited the office before, that my office visits would be about $100 instead of $290. I was under the impression that my $500 covered everything for that visit, and that is all they asked me for. If I owed $790, why didn't they tell me that? All they charged me was $500. Now I get a phone call informing me I still owe $290.00. If I want to know the results of these very expensive tests, I have to schedule another $100 office visit. So glad I spent all of this money on ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I might as well have burned eight one-hundred dollar bills. I'm glad that I budgeted and saved the money to help Dr. Frey make part of his Porsche payment. Lesson learned. One star is one star too many.
