  • I recently moved to Scottsdale from San Francisco and finding a top notch professional to cut and color my hair was number one on my list of to dos. I am very particular about who cuts my hair because it is short. I was directed to FRESH HAIR by one of her clients with a darling hair style who assured me that Terry, the Owner, was the best stylist in town. I went in with a photo and Terry gave me exactly the cut that I wanted. She is also fabulous with color. The location is great with lots of parking spaces.
