  • Ordered a simple grilled cheese and asked for no tomato and if I could add ham. Paid additional for the ham, as expected and was completely fine with that. However, it took a very long time (10 minutes at least) when there was only 2 other orders being processed. The first sandwich came out with tomato (asked for no tomato) and without Ham (paid extra to add it). Asked politely for correction and they said no problem. She took my sandwich from me and did not visibly throw it out. My second sandwich was surprisingly faster... But still no ham! Asked the manager of he could just give me a couple slices of ham while I showed the receipt. I was given 2 very thin slices of ham that didn't even cover both sides of the sandwich. He apologized briefly but did not offer anything else for the inconvenience. Sandwich was cold at this point. Very disappointed!!! Sandwich was okay, but surely nothing special!
