  • Came from Auto Show Drive after my car service, yelped the nearest Boba place and this is the first that showed up on the list. Gave it a try though it's 15mins away. I ordered a 24oz milk tea- additional 50 cents for boba, which should already be included in the price bec it's a boba place. Duh. PLUS additional 25 cents for paying with card! WTF! I told them that it's terrible that they're charging customers for using their debit/credit cards. The cashier instead told me that she can just cancel my transaction. Well I replied that I don't have any cash and might as well charge my card since I drove 15 mins just to get here. She kept asking me if I wanna cancel 10 times and I answered 10 times. Annoying! Terrible customer service, terrible milk tea, terrible English speaking skills! NEVER AGAIN.
