  • I'm actually giving this 3.5 stars. The buffet at the Bellagio used to be one of the best buffets in Vegas for me pre Bacchanal and Wicked Spoon. I went back here for dinner and the quality and selection, imo, are not what it used to be. It is still a pretty decent buffet but it has, sadly, lost its shine. I used to love and crave for their desserts too but I just found their dessert station lacking overall during my visit.
