  • Do not waste your time with this place. I have sat on hold for a total of 37 minutes on 2 separate occasions. If you have to get an evaluation done, go elsewhere. They will just keep saying "i have to take this other call and park them please hold" or they will come back and ask a question and put you on a cold hold immediately. I haven't even been able to schedule an appt. This place is a waste of time.
