  • Have taken a few carpet cleaners and vacuums for repairs through the years. Customer service has always been good. The gentleman knows the products very well. They have vacuums for purchase new and used if you are in the market. Refurbished vacuums come with a 90 day warranty. I currently have a rug Doctor under warranty and will be doing another review after that machine goes in repair.
