| - In mid-December I was stopped by an aggressive saleswoman by the name of Frey as I walked through the stores at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. I agreed to have her apply the Agora Bio-Syringe (cream) and the lifting eye serum to the dark circles under my eyes so she took me into the store. I was dumbfounded by the results. Within minutes the bags under my eyes began to disappear. It was then that she finally told me the price, $300 for both. When I explained that I'm retired, on a fixed income and out of my price range, she told me that there was enough in the syringe to last a year with every day use. I was so happy with the results that after hearing that, I happily handed her my credit card and left. I liked the product so much that I wanted to save it for the weekends and to show my sisters when we get together in a few weeks. My excitement didn't last long. By the end of January, after using it only on the weekends, there was nothing left in my syringe. The inside of the syringe is painted a pearl-white color so you have no idea how much is in there. Thinking that she may have mistakenly given me the sampler that they try on customers, I tried calling her and texting her but have received no reply. I feel that I was deceived. Foolish me to believe anything I was told in Las Vegas.
UPDATE 3/20/18
A representative for Agora, Mechelle, contacted me shortly after I wrote this review. She could not understand what could have happened and offered to make things right. She immediately sent me not one but two syringes of an upgraded product because she didn't have the same type on hand. Unfortunately, that product does not work as well on me as the first so I ended up being disappointed anyway but I can't hold that against Mechelle (or Agora). I still think the whole thing was an honest mistake by the saleswoman who must have given me the sampler instead of a new one. I was impressed with the professionalism and speed with which everything was handled so, for that reason, I upped my review to four stars. If the review was only about the product, it would be a five.
