We enjoyed our dinner here a couple of days ago. They close at 8pm and we made it here at 7pm. The restaurant is cute and the menu is limited. The food was delicious, came out fast and served with a friendly smile.
The main dish is Hainan Chicken. Hainan Island sits off the south coast of China, and is often described as "China's Hawaii " and is famous for Hainan Chicken and not seafood.
Their chicken is obtained fresh daily and is free rang and they also not cook with MSG.
We had the Hainan chicken rice with dark meat $11.75. The chicken is flavorful poached in simmering stock, then seasoned with spices, ginger and garlic, and used to cook the rice, giving it a rich, flavorful and chicken-imbued taste. The chicken is served with the rice and an array of delicious dipping sauces.
We also had chicken wings and it went well with the side of sauce. I want to return and try the other items on the menu.
