Theresa is awesome, but the billing department is horrible. My insurance recently changed, and the office no longer accepts it. I didn't want to switch providers because I was happy with Theresa. I called the office to ask about the cost for an appointment would be, and they quoted me a price. I paid it in cash when I went for my appointment- only a consultation, no procedures were done, and got a bill a week or so later for nearly 500 dollars. It did not reflect my cash payment, and did not explain what exactly I was being charged for. It left a poor taste in my mouth and I will not be returning.
