| - This was seriously so fun!
My husband and I opted for the Narcos room. This was our first time and we had no clue what to expect, so we didn't ask any questions, lol.
It ended up being three rooms long (which we didn't know up front). We were given three hints. At first, we had absolutely no clue what to do. But once you get the hang of it, it starts coming to you. Some things were even hard to figure out using the clues, so I can't imagine without. We were actually given 5 or 6 clues, maybe because we were doing so terribly, lol. The "clue" system itself is kind of annoying. Sometimes we were given an automated clue on the screen, and other times we talked through an intercom to an employee. The wait time to get our clues was super inconsistent. Sometimes we would get them instantly and others we had to wait several minutes for an employee. Kind of irritating, especially when it is all timed.
Do not pay full price! If you do, it's expensive in my opinion.
$35/person. There are Groupons and weekday deals. Obviously, the more people, the better the deal you get. I would recommend at least 3 or 4 people. My husband and I made it a little halfway through. At the end, we were asked if we wanted to see the rest of the game. We said yes. It was super neat, and just made me want to finish the game. However, when we return, we will try a whole new room. I hate leaving things unfinished- I was seriously tempted to go right back!
The staff was very kind. We arrived a little early and were let in early. They take a picture of you at the end and e-mail it to you for free, so that's pretty cool. We will definitely be returning!
