  • Great park. The red rocks are striking. The exhibit at the visitors center is well done and has great views. There are trails to hike with a variety of difficulty levels. I wish the trail markers were a little better defined, however. You definitely need sturdy shoes for these trails as they are mostly rock. You see a lot wildlife on the trails which is a huge plus. If hiking is not you thing, take the scenic drive.
