  • The ladies at the Madison store were very helpful. They made me feel at home and answered all my questions. There is plenty of fabric and patterns choices. I will definitely go there again. I have purchased 2 sewing machines from Quintessential Quilts store in Reedsburg in the past 11 years or so. Both have FREE lessons for the Lifetime of the each machine. I have had my machines serviced as needed with never any issues. If I could not figure something out about the machine or was having an issues, I just brought them into the store and was helped out. Linda (the store owner) and all of her staff have been extremely helpful to me. I have one machine that is 11 years old and just purchased a used Husvarna Designer SE Embroidery machine in June. I love them both. I have taken advantage of the free lessons. It's amazing just how helpful these ladies are. They are always making sure I am happy with my service and the products that I have purchased there.
