  • DO NOT purchase furniture from this store!!!! It appears they do not stand by their product. I purchased chairs here in Nov 2012 and by June they were not holding up well at all! The seats were losing their shape. I emailed both store owner AND designer inquiring about warranty ( as a store rep suggested I do)...2 wks later...no reply. Also, their website states: carry-outs??? They like to spoil and will assist customers carry purchases to their car!!! Um, no. I moved my own chairs and struggled to fit them in my car as the store rep watched. I should have paid attention to the warning signs. I will no longer support this business. Terrible.
