  • My two first visits were great but my most recent one left me wondering if I would ever return. The technician would speak over me when I was trying to explain that I wanted a french manicure, but done in shellac. She never asked if I wanted rounded or squared nails, she just did what she wanted rather than listen to me speak. When going to wash my hands, there were manicure tools around the sink, incredibly unhygienic and unprofessional even if you plan to rewash them before sterilization. Yet again they were overbooked, so the technician told me to just leave my hands under the UV lights for unnecessary extra time so she could jump between me and someone else's manicure. I ended up being there for over an hour and a half for a very sub par manicure. The technician was rushing so much that she haphazardly put the cuticle oil on my hands and walked away telling me to rub it in myself as she jumped back to her different client. If I have to fix your shaping, not get the manicure I asked for, rub oil myself, and you've cut 2 of my cuticles to the point of bleeding, WHY am I paying you?? In the end, I left with crooked nails,and 2 bleeding fingers. Its now been 3 days and my shellac is already peeling off. Not okay.
