  • If I could give them zero stars I would. I called and made an appointment with them to have a meet a greet with one of their midwives to see if they were the right place for my prenatal care. The receptionist stated that would be fine. When I arrived for my appointment, I filled out the insane amount of paperwork they required and then waited and waited and waited. My husband and I sat in the waiting room for over an HOUR! I finally went up to ask the receptionist if they were ever going to see us and just at that moment someone called my name. Once in the room, the midwife spent a total of ten minutes talking to us and wasn't very friendly and that was it. I obviously decided not to use them. Over a month later I get a bill for $2,000 for prenatal care which I had to call and have them rectify. Now, 3 months after what was supposed to be a simple meet and greet I have a new bill for $136 for a new OB appointment. When I called billing to clarify that it is actually for the care we received, an hour in waiting room and ten minutes with a midwife, she stated yes, that is standard new OB. I might as well have just flushed that money down the toilet. This office is terrible. I have spoken to multiple people who have had similar experiences with them. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else!
