Just had a great exoerience with a central towing driver. Not only did he get there 40 minutes before the eta, he made my day better. I was stuck in an ironic situation. Went to the auto parts store for a battery. Got a new one and they were going to install it for me. But alas, the terminal was covered in corrosion. The auto parts guy didnt want to touch it (understandably so) and suggested I take it directly next store. But by this time the battery list it's connection and after a few gentle taps with a pen, I broke the terminal right off. So I call my road side assistance and they sent a tow truck to tow me 400 feet. I could be pushed it but was alone. Then up rolls Francisco. 40 minutes early. Very nice guys made my day better. Instead of towing he saved time by rigging is jumpbox safety under my hood so I could simply drive my car the 400 feet I needed to go. The whole time he set things, up he was giving me advice on simple battery care to avoid corrosion. He was early, he was fast, he solved my problem quickly and efficiently, he taught me a few things about batteries and was smiling the whole time. Definitely made my bad experience better. He deserves a raise.
