| - Don't go on a Saturday or they'll yell at you because you asked for an opinion...
I was so excited to go here. I love to cook and was planning to make a really nice Gordon Ramsey recipe for my boyfriend's birthday. The recipe called for short ribs and I researched places the last two weeks to buy the best cut of meat I could...
I walk in and there were a few other people waiting. The gentleman at the counter said it would be a minute and I told him it was completely fine. He was super friendly and tried to make some light conversation.
A lady then walks out and asks if anyone could be helped, so I asked her if she had any short ribs. She said they didn't have any.... And then this is where things got weird. I was trying to explain what I was trying to make, she interrupts me and starts yelling at me. I look at her and ask, "Do you have anything else I could use?"
She continues to yell at me, interrupts me and I tell her, it's okay, I'm just going to leave. She's STILL yelling at me as I'm leaving and it's the most embarrassing thing I've ever experienced. Saying, "that no one is going to have what you're looking for." I look at her and yell back, since Ive already opened the door at this point, "I was only looking for an alternative!"
And she's STILL trying to argue with me?! She replied, "NO, you did not!"
I've never been so confused, embarrassed and down right disappointed in a place. I will never return. I hope, they hire more people like the gentlemen who I first encountered. I should have asked to speak with another associate, but I didn't know what to do while someone was literally yelling at me, for asking what else I could use. Conversation went from 0 to 60 in a blink of an eye.
