Please read before you buy that warranty!!! Had no problem with the couch- until we found a hole in it ( not their fault.) So my husband called them to arrange a repair .. we gave them all the info from the invoice, took pictures of the hole and forward to them..they said they would send a cushion cover. A few weeks passed, we called to get a status... they said it should be about 3 more weeks. A month later we get a call from the company ask us for more couch info- now we needed to pull the cushions off the couch and read them item number. My husband was like wtf have you guys been doing? We should have had this cover by now.. they explained that it had not even been ordered yet! What!? They said that it could now take 3 months plus as they don't make this couch anymore..( mind you when selling us this warranty the lady said if they discontinue the couch we would get an all new one! She explained how she seen it happen before.) Well it's been about 2 months now and still haven't got a clear answer as what they will do... as they couldn't even confirm we were getting a cover. Very frustrating! I will never ever buy a crappy warranty from Walker again! I could have paid to have someone fix this for the amount of money I paid them for that warranty... why do they even sell this warranty, if it only pissed the customer off and ruins their reputation as a company!?Anyway.. please buyer beware!
***Update 4-29-17 *** I received the cushion cover. They had someone come to the house and put it on.
