I bought the 90 minute massage with aromatherapy and foot scrub off of Groupon. The pros of Zen massage are the place is very serene with relaxing music and waiting room. I did like the selection of aromatherapy, I went with the eucalyptus. The lady at the front desk was extremely polite and very helpful. I also like filling out on the paperwork on an iPad which made it easier and faster. Now for the cons which really aren't that much have a con. I think I just didn't get a good masseuse. She was an awful she just seemed new and for someone like me who gets a lot of massages I might be a little critical. One thing I noticed is she was very sparing on the lotion so at times it just seemed like she was rubbing my skin without any sort of lotion. The foot scrub was also very quick and to light in pressure so it wasn't that enjoyable. For some reason the bed was bothering my lower back and when I flipped on my back the head rest was still on so it was tilting my neck at a weird angle. The masseuse also might've just eaten something so when she was massaging my head and face it did smell like some sort of food. She didn't speak much English but she was very very sweet and offered me a full bottle of water at the end. I think overall the facility is very nice and I will go back and just try a different masseuse who is more about pressure points which might be my style preference.
