  • Three separate no-call, no-shows. THREE. And one cancellation. All in one week. Seriously? We had a living social deal, so luckily we were able to get a refund easily, but that is just ridiculous. It took over a week to get in touch with her to make an appointment, finally get an appointment for about 2 weeks later because she's completely overwhelmed. Appointment 1- My boyfriend waited over an hour and was late to work because she was supposed to be there at 8:30AM. We called her 5-6 times, and she never answered. Then she called at 9:45AM to ask if she could reschedule for the next day. Never apologized or acknowledged the fact that she did anything wrong by not showing up for an appointment. Figured we would give her another chance... Appointment 2- She texted that night saying she would have to cancel the next day due to a sick child. Ok... fine. Appointment 3- Rescheduled for Monday morning at 8:30AM. No show, no call. At least we didn't wait around that time, but a couple hours later we get another call asking to reschedule. Again, no apology. Gave her one last chance. Appointment 4- She was supposed to be there at 8:30AM this morning... it's 9:25AM, no word yet.
