  • Update to below. Sadly I have to down grade my review after today's experience and my experience in setting today's appointment. I tried to set an appointment around when I was going to be on vacation. I requested a specific day and time and was given some other random day and time that did not work at all. I was told this is because the day I wanted they where closed. That's fine but why pick a random day? After rescheduling my appt for today I drove 45 min from my home to this great dentist I have finally found only to get within a half a block and have traffic stop. (Still don't know why). At this point I was 10 min early. As the clock changed and I sat in traffic I called to give a heads up that due to this traffic I was now running a total of 15 min behind. I was told that's to bad we will have to cancel this appt and set me a new one. I'm all for staying on schedule but I know I've sat 15 min waiting for them this was a waste of 90 min round trip driving for me. Your telling me you can't make this work? Come on. Orginal review: After 10+ years in charlotte looking for a dentist and a dentist staff I like I think I have found one. Always willing to work with me on my appointment time, friendly and not trying to upset me. Just what I'm looking for.
