  • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! My fiance, brother, and his best man went in today to get fitted for suits for our wedding. No appointment was mad so we understood if he had to wait. The sales rep that were working would not even give them the time of day.He told him he wouldn't even be able to try anything on because they only carried slim fit. Secondly, he even proceeded to ask my fiance do you even have the $40 for the deposit ? Are you SERIOUS!!!!!!! Who does that?!? I am a general manager for a nationwide company, and if ANY of my employees talked to my customers like that they would be fired on the spot. Absoloutley unacceptable! I don't even want to go with any other Men's Warehouse after this incident. They lost a sale for 10 mens suits! Go elsewhere!
