I was in awe of the beers but what I wasn't prepared to be awestruck by is the FOOD. While most brewpub menus are glorified sports bar cuisine, Chef Tamara writes a menu that is pure culinary poetry! In addition to the regular weekday menu of tacos and small plates, on Fridays and Saturdays she does full-blown entrees that are nothing short of works of art. Foie gras creme brulee! Lamb belly with blood orange marmalade! Trust me on this, I am a foodie who was in the F&B biz for 30 years, and I was simply BLOWN AWAY! Do yourself a favor and get over here!
