  • I was contacted by the owner who wanted to hear more about this incident so he could make sure it didn't happen again. He assured me that this is not the norm for this dealership. (Which may be true, everyone has bad days) He offered to be my personal salesman if/when I decide to get another truck. I am happy that he reached out to me to make things right.
